How to Check Valid Tax Registration Number (TRN) ?
Step -1 : First you should visit FTA Portal
Step -2 : Enter the TRN of the supplier in the space provided.
Step -3 : Enter the Security Code as displayed on the screen in the space provided
Step -4 : And Click ‘Validate’ button

Mandatory Registration for VAT :
Businesses that satisfy any of the below condition must register for the VAT.
- The mandatory registration threshold is AED 375,000 .
- If its taxable supplies or imports exceeds the mandatory threshold limit in the last 12 months from any particular date; or
- If they except making taxable supplies with value exceeding the amount AED 375,000 by issuing Quotation/Estimate in the next 30 days.

- Certification of incorporation or registration certificate
- Manager profile
- Passport copy and Emirates ID of manager
- Physical office location of the business
- Contact details
- Bank account details and statements
- List of businesses of the directors/partners in UAE for the last 5 years with their trade license copies
